SO.
You've seen the box. You've seen the figures. Now to dig deep and get into all the fancy details and accessories.
One of the standout qualities are the hands. Opposed to the 3 sets, this one comes with 4 because Hot Toys developed a new hand that is fully articulated. The fingers are articulated in all 3 joints which enables it to have any hand gestures (pleasant or unpleasant).
Next up we have the head. War Machine offers 2 heads, one with the likeness of Don Cheadle and the other which has a clear interior to enable the light up. The head is molded quite nice, and the decals that are placed bring out the military look pretty well. Its made of out pretty dense solid plastic and feels nice and solid when being held. 
The face plate is once again finely detailed and the inside reveals all the little gadgets.
The helmet lights turned on with War Machine like rage.
The face plate is magnetic which enables to hold infinite angles upon the helmet. Here are pictures of the steps for the helmet deploy:
The Don Cheadle head has no lights, so starts off with plain eyes.
The chin disengages and unlocks the front plate.
The plate slides upwards.
Here's a close up of the face, so you can see how accurate it appears. Again, Hot Toys did a really good job with this. The eyes are glossed over and there's even little dots of sweat on his forehead, but they were pretty hard to capture accurately with the camera.
Another bonus from this figure is that both of his shoulder's have pop out weapons. Hot Toys could have had them as separate attachments, but instead chose to develop the mechanics to enable them to fold out. They first start with sliding down the silver coloured plates right below the shoulder mounts, which unlocks them. Then the weapon above can be pulled out.

On his left shoulder mount, there's a tiny missile. If you remember from the movie, Justin Hammer states:

However, when it is actually fired later on, you see that the missile is a total dud and doesn't do its job. But the contraption built in the figure was quite complicated. Many movables parts slide in synchronization to engage the missile.
Where the rail gun mounts on his upper back there's a firm slider to enable the gun to travel left to right across his upper back.
Another piece of weaponry offered are the Forearm Shoulder Machine Guns. Their detailed pretty nice and just hook up to latches on his forearm. SHOW YOSELF FOOOOOO
After all the weaponry, there are significant amounts of flaps on his back. Although not as many as the Iron Man Mark VI, they are still pretty nice and reveal bits which have taken quite a bit of work to recreate.
The last, but one of my favorite features are the small opening flaps on the calves. They have these tiny little hinges to reveal an anodized aluminum finished thruster.
Next up his the rear-shoulder mounted gatling gun. This is the flagship of all of War Machines weapons. It features auto-aiming and throughout the movie rips many of his enemies apart. Hot Toys has accurate reproduced it with remarkable detail. The cannon base, sub arm and rear ammo mount can all rotate resulting in infinite positions. The ammo strip is rubber so it can be bent in any form or shape to suit the positioning of the gun.
